Kayden Berenz is a 2024 C/IF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from New Berlin, WI who attends Eisenhower. Medium athletic build with a good frame to add additional strength as he matures. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a big shoulder turn to start his swing, has a loose and extended swing with some present bat speed and the potential for plenty more, flashed hard pull contact, projects power in the future as he gets stronger. 7.44 runner in the sixty. Has athletic actions behind the plate defensive, actions are long at present and can be shortened up, comes out of his crouch well, makes accurate throws with developing arm strength. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
