Landon Mueller is a 2022 RHP/3B with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Fremont, NE who attends Fremont Senior. A lean and athletic build. A RHP with a medium leg lift and an overhand arm slot with an online stride down the mound. There's some effort in the delivery but he features a bigger fastball up to 91 with some extra analytical characteristics to it which helps it play well up in the zone. It's a swing and miss pitch up in the zone that could become even better with improved command of the pitch. Curve has some slurvy shape to it but with enough spin to have significant late bite it. Maintained proper arm speed on the changeup which had slight fading action. Showed feel for three pitches, two of which should really miss bats. There is effort in the delivery and the command of the repertoire could improve but this is an impact arm if developed and used properly. Named to event Top Prospect List. Very good student.
