Gabriel Coupet is a 2028 SS/OF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Boynton Beach, FL who attends North Broward Prep. Wiry, medium athletic frame with quick twitch muscle and plenty of physical projection moving forward. Ran a 6.58 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, some bounce to the feet, developing feel for reception out front and angles, above average arm strength for the class with throws reaching 87-mph, will improve body control and actions over time. Right-handed hitter, narrow and upright stance, massive bat speed and twitch in the hands, multiple homeruns in his round of batting practice even with topspin contact, lots of upside here with the bat and projection. Great student. Named to the 2025 PG National Underclass Showcase - Main Event Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
