Brandon Nadeau is a 2026 C/RHP, 2B, 3B, SS, MIF, OF with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Berlin, MD who attends Stephen Decatur. Recorded a 7.49 second sixty-yard dash time. Compact, athletic frame with some lean muscle throughout and time to fill out. Primary catcher that receives from a square stance with soft hands, gains ground quickly out of the crouch and uses a direct mid-line transfer to get into the throwing position. Stays online with his movements and displays some athleticism behind the plate. Recorded accurate throws up to 69 mph during drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked from a full windup delivery with a coiled leg lift into balance and shorter stride out to foot strike. Turns back to hitter to create deception, while working into a longer arm swing on the backside. Fastball worked in the low-70s for the majority of his outing and topped out at 73 mph from a true three-quarters arm slot. Pounds the strike zone effortlessly with full three-pitch mix, sequencing well off his fastball. Curveball has developing spin profile with gradual depth and changeup is more of a change-of-pace type pitch right now. Will continue to improve with additional strength and velocity. Took part in the outfield portion of the defensive workout as well and displayed aggressive actions into the fielding process. Fields cleanly off his front foot, transitions well into release. Recorded arm strength up to 75 mph from the outfield during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a even based stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and small leg lift trigger. Line drive stroke with a heavy barrel and some pullside impact. Creates good hip torque with coiled lower half into contact and displayed flashes of future power. Swing translates well into game action with numerous well-struck balls. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Fundamentally sound skill set with positional versatility and plenty of upside remaining. Named to the 2022 13/14U Northeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
