Kiernan O'Neill is a 2025 MIF/RHP/3B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Coconut Creek, FL who attends Coral Springs Charter. Slender athletic build, young look with plenty of projectability. 7.29 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has quick and active feet and works low to the ground behind the ball, takes good direct routes to balls and has some hand quickness fielding, throws from a high release point with good carry, tools to stay in the middle infield moving forward. Right handed hitter, starts with a high hand load and late hand drop, straight stance, has some quickness in his hands and stays short to the ball, all fields contact, will continue to improve as a hitter with additional strength. Also pitched, has a short and quick arm stroke and gets down the mound well, some energy at release. Worked up to 83 mph with his fastball from the wind up, did a good job of landing a mid 60's curveball once he got his feel for it. Good all around athlete who will continue to improve in all areas. Excellent student. Named to the Sunshine East Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
