2024 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 5)  
Andrew Cross is a 2026 SS/2B/3B with a 5-11 182 lb. frame from Moon Township, PA who attends Moon. Medium frame with good present size and overall muscular development with time to add and refine longterm. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.17 seconds. Primary position infielder, with quiet feet, good first step and covering solid ground laterally. Glove work was on point, showing accurate soft action and securing the ball crisply. Smooth midline transfer into clean medium inline arm path building throws up to 87 mph across the diamond with life and carry. Showed excellent dexterity on the slow roller play and comfortable on the clay. RHH working with an upright posture and slightly open stance, starting hands with a lower set position. Turns explosively in the core and displayed quick hands as he created good separation before impact. Leverage is evident as he elevates the ball with ease and projects power to the pull side. Left the yard over the centerfield wall in BP round. A lot to look forward to with this athlete. Should stick on the clay and hit at a high level longterm. Very good student as well.
