Eli Iopa is a 2028 SS/2B/OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Honolulu, HI who attends Mid Pacific Institute. Slender young build. Right handed hitter, sets up with deep hands in a spread stance with a pre-set shoulder tilt, rock back load, inside swing path, line drive swing path with mid field to opposite field contact. 7.28 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, waits back on the ball, throws from a lower arm slot and makes accurate soft throws, has shown more arm strength in the past at PG events, second base tools at present. Also worked out in the outfield. Good student.
