Stephen Ribustello is a 2026 SS/RHP/C/OF with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Tarboro, NC who attends Tarboro. Recorded a 7.84 second 60-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with a medium frame and developing young build. Some range to both sides moving around with low gather and down to a knee going to the backhand. Clean transfer with developing accuracy to a short-arm 3/4 slot on throws across the diamond at 63 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher works from the stretch with a high leg raise and open front side landing down the slope. Fastball up to 63 mph (1407 RPM) and curveball 52 (1376 RPM) from a short-arm low elbow first slot. Third offering is a knuckleball around 57 mph that he consistently threw around the zone. Strike thrower and competitor on the bump. Throws from the outfield up to 72 mph with solid one-hand gather to transfer and momentum working through the ball. Behind the plate he incorporates a side-saddle and narrow base with lower exchange on throws up to 63 mph. Right-hand hitter with a wide base and weight shift to backside before launch. Short leg-lift trigger stride with weight drifting forward into contact. Hits off a stiff front side with some bat speed through the zone working middle-to-opposite field. Good student.
