Michael Skarda is a 2024 1B/RHP with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Rockford, MI who attends Rockford. Posted a 7.39 in the 60. Primary 1B showed some upside to build on. Great physical projection with some athleticism moving around the bag well. Has developing glove skill to progress but good awareness and play making ability. Left-handed hitter has younger tendencies with bat. He has a long uphill swing limiting control of the barrel and point of contact. Should develop smoothly as the physicality matures with plenty of potential to unlock.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
