Jackson Clarke is a 2028 RHP/3B/OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Goodyear, AZ who attends Estrella Foothills. Features a taller build with some projection and room to add. Ran a 7.63 60-yd dash. At the plate, operates from a wider base and uses a toe tap trigger. Some stiffness in his move into launch where at times he swings off his backside at times appearing stuck. Hands deliver the barrel on a flatter path into contact with a higher finish with avg. bat speed for his level. Inconsistent timing and feel for the barrel with best contact being a couple LDs he sent to the pull side when he was more synced up. On the mound, worked exclusively from the stretch. Lift into a hip high knee tuck with a smaller sit/hinge but holds it well as he drifts and gets down the mound. Lands on-line with avg. length. The arm action is longer out the back with some slight stab before coming up to a normal 3/4 slot. Ran his heater up to 84, living more low 80s where it had normal 4S traits and a bit of running action. Mixed in a low 70s SL that flashed sharp depth and he showed an ability to land it in-zone. Avg. strikes during his outing with tendency to get his FB in on righties. Named to Top Prospects List.
