Cameron Vessels is a 2026 2B/SS/UT with a 5-9 130 lb. frame from Sanford, ME who attends Sanford. Very slender and lean build. Right handed hitter, starts from an upright and narrow stance with a tight hand load, has a short and compact swing with some downhill plane, hands have some quickness to them, best contact was to the middle of the field, bat speed will continue to improve in proportion to how much stronger he can get. 7.32 runner in the sixty. Primary second baseman on defense, has an idea on his footwork and works well through the ball, tends to get his glove down late, makes accurate soft throws from a side arm slot that works well from second base. Also worked out in the outfield and first base. Good student.
