Trevor Fishman is a 2023 SS/RHP with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Tinley Park, IL who attends Lincolnway East. Long and lean athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Two-way prospect. Primary middle infielder on defense, has good hands, step by step defensive actions, throws from a lower arm slot and makes accurate throws. 7.38 runner in the sixty. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a short stride into contact, has a short and direct swing with a downhill swing plane, lags the barrel frequently and showed some ability to drive the right center field gap. Graded out higher on the mound at this event. Throws from the same low 3/4's arm slot he throws from at shortstop, long stride down the mound can be shortened up, stays on line well and repeats his mechanics. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, gets good sinking action and was worked to both sides of the plate. Change up showed late tumble and was a good pitch for him. Stride length impacts a soft slider. Good overall athlete with projection who should improve in many different areas. Good student. Named to the Great Lakes Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
