Justin Bellez is a 2009 RHP/MIF with a 6'1'', 185 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Mira Mesa HS. Justin has a good pitchers frame and smooth, very quick, loose arm. He easily pitched in the low nineties and projects to add more velocity. He uses a 3/4 arm slot, and his arm really works. He has good command of all of his pitches and his slider has excellent bite. He also showed a good change with fade. Justin looked outstanding in the Metrodome and projects to get even better. He is top 2009 follow and it will be interesting to see his development over the next year.
