Blayne Riley is a 2026 C/3B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Nashport, OH who attends Tri-Valley. Features a medium athletic frame with broad shoulders. Behind the plate, he has a squared start. Does a nice job working through the baseball cleanly with some ground gained. Arm stork stays short, near the ear with a fastball pulldown. Throws were on the bag throughout the workout. Had a sub 2.00 POP (1.97). Athletic mover with more to come. At the plate, he has a bent knee stance with a low back elbow. Uses a toe tap trigger into a lofted stroke with middle of the field projection while staying on a line. Overall, it's a simple, compact swing that found the barrel consistently. Ran a 7.64 sixty-yard dash. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
