2025 PG High School All State Select Championship (26-27 Grads)
Ian Evert is a 2027 3B/RHP/OF with a 5-9 190 lb. frame from Bloomfield Hills, MI who attends Ernest W. Seaholm. Strong and compact athletic build. 7.08 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense who graded out higher as an outfielder at this event. Was aggressive to the ball in the outfield, got his glove down early and played low to the ground, got on top of his throws well with nice on-line carry. Solid at third with good arm strength and some athleticism, effort and energy played better in the outfield but can see him as a good multi-position utility player at the next level. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance, complicated multi-part toe tap and hanging leg load that he changes from swing to swing, needs to simplify his approach, swings hard and has some lift and impact when he's on time. Good student. Named to the PG High School All-State Select Championships Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
