2026 PG Preseason HS Prospect Showcase
Caleb Kahn is a 2029 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-11 178 lb. frame from Jacksonville, FL who attends Trinity Christian Academy. Medium athletic build with some present strength for his age and more to come. Has a clean delivery on the mound with good balance throughout, long and loose arm stroke, gets over his front side well and repeats his release point, chance to be a real strike thrower as he develops. Fastball topped out at 81 mph with short running life and was thrown for strikes. Showed very good feel for a low 70's curveball and has an advanced feel for sequencing for his age. 7.92 runner in the sixty. Showed his arm strength and athleticism well in drills from the outfield, moved through the ball well and made accurate on line throws. Also worked out at first base with similar athletic actions and good glove work. Left handed hitter, sets up very open with a lots of moving parts into his swing, gets out front early and cuts off his swing, occasional mid field contact. Outstanding student. Named to the PG Preseason High School Showcase Top Prospect List.
