Ben Jones is a 2026 RHP with a 6-2 215 lb. frame from Big Bend, WI who attends Mukwonago. A physical and strong frame. Plenty of physicality that shows with an imposing starter's build. Primary right-handed pitcher who worked from the wind-up with a slower and controlled delivery. Showed a coiled leg raise above the belt. Throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a steep high release. He worked from the middle of the rubber and had a good tempo to his actions. He gets good drive down the slope and lands in-line with the plate, showing good balance. He repeats the motions well. The fastball worked 84-87 mph with spin above 2,200 RPMs. The heater has big ride to it and the pitch plays well above the zone. He showed great feel to elevate it and induce swings and misses. He also showed a good 12-6 hammer curveball with depth to it. The pitch was up to 72 mph and showed spun above 2,400 RPMs. He flashed a harder slider with some sweeper traits up to 78 mph. Also had a changeup with good fade and straight depth to it, at 75 mph, with spin down into the 1,100s. Put together a real good round on the mound. Named to 2025 North Indoor Showcase TP List.
