Eli Kristensen is a 2029 C/RHP/1B with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Lanesboro, MA who attends Mt Greylock Reg. Big and strong build, especially for his age and class. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a high hand load and a simple inward leg raise and stride, fluid swing with good extension and bat speed, worked gap to gap with hard line drive contact and plenty of jump off the barrel. 5.06 runner in the forty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up square behind the plate, comes out of his crouch well with athletic actions, clean transfers, made accurate one hop throws with some young carry, projectable arm strength. Also pitched, works from the stretch with a high and compact leg raise, deep arm action in back. Fastball topped out at 83 mph with some late running life. Also threw a tight short slider. Excellent student. Named to the PG New England Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
