Jalen McLin is a 2026 OF/UT with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from McKinney, TX who attends Emerson. Primary outfielder with average size and build that will continue to fill out as he matures. Ran a 7.30 second sixty. Creates a good angle with his first step working under control to the ball with fine actions. Does a nice job getting the ball out on time with game-like actions making accurate throws with developing arm strength. Right-handed hitter starts with a closed base, rockin into the backside as he loads the weight. Showed flashes of bat speed and intent when the hands fired on time creating a tight turn with the barrel working to the inner half of the baseball. Impacted the baseball to the pull side with some solid projection moving forward. Excellent student.
