Cecil Tanner is a 2008 RHP with a 6'6'', 200 lb. frame from Waycross, GA who attends Ware County. Cecil is very tall and has a very projectable frame. His arm is really fast and loose and there is a lot more velo is in there. Hitters were not picking up the ball out of his hand at all and were late on most every one of his low 90s fastballs. He struck out 5 of 6 hitters faced in two dominant innings. His breaking balls showed sharpness and he also mixes in a change. He throws with minimal effort and projects very large.
