Ethan Wolf is a 2026 SS/RHP, 3B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Crystal Lake, IL who attends Crystal Lake Central High School. He has a good frame with an athletic build. Ran the 40-Yard Dash in 5.27 seconds. Primary shortstop that has a quick first step and showed the ability to cover ground to both sides of his body. He gets his glove down early in the process and showed quick hands on his transfers. He has the ability to change arm slots depending on the play and has nice carry on his throws across the infield. He has good body control and can make the play on the move. Right-handed hitter that starts in an even base with an even hand set and a low back elbow. He uses a simple leg lift trigger for timing and keeps his hands tight to his body and inside the baseball through his swing. He generates solid bat speed through the zone and showed the ability to impact the ball to the pull side when he is on time and makes contact out in front of the plate. Excellent student.
