2026 PG New England Indoor Showcase (Saturday)
Jackson Bouchard is a 2029 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-2 221 lb. frame from Norton, MA who attends Mansfield. Big and physical build with plenty of strength throughout. Works from a high leg raise delivery with a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 80 mph with nice running life. Slider was a good pitch with late two-plane break and some occasional depth. Also flashed a change up with tumble and fade. Three-pitch starter's arsenal to use until his velocity improves. 5.65 runner in the forty. Worked out both at first base and in the infield, still developing his glove actions at both positions, best suited athletically for first base moving forward. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a very high hand load and deep inward leg raise timer, pull side approach, has quick hands and strength at impact, lots of power projection. Good student. Named to the PG New England Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
