Justin Protacio is a 2011 MIF with a 5'4'', 150 lb. frame from Pearl City, HI who attends Mid Pacific Institute. Athletic build, square upright stance, short quick stroke, decent pop, balanced swing, good use of lower half, consistent wood, has upside, line drive swing, solid player. Shows range up the middle, has first step quickness, moves well laterally, clean transfer and release, good to backhand.
