Grant Bodison is a 2016 SS/2B with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Simpsonville, SC who attends Mauldin HS. Outstanding athletic build, long and lean with some present strength and room for more. 6.83 runner, smooth defensive actions, best on the move when his athleticism comes into play, very strong arm, loudly showed his raw athleticism with a mind boggling catch on a soft line drive in short centerfield. Right handed hitter, short swing for his size with good hand use, gets to his front side, will get long and rotational at times with some lift in his swing but better with his line drive gap approach, has all the tools to develop with more repetitions. Verbal commitment to South Carolina. Named to the Perfect Game All-American Classic Team.
