Tyrone Anu -- Anu is a very athletic, slender junior outfielder from Florida with long arms and legs. He has the frame to add a significant amount of weight and strength. Anu is a very fast runner, well above average on the Major League scale, and does so with an unusual running gait similar to a hockey player’s skating. With a running coach this young prospect might really set some records! Anu hits out of a medium stance with a no load, no stride approach and generates impressive bat speed with a slashing stroke. Anu gets good torque from his hips and lower half and could develop some nice power down the road to go with his speed. Anu’s arm strength is solid and he looks like a very good defensive outfielder. Could develop into a real nice draft pick based on his tools and projection.
