Joe Lancellotti is a 2017 RHP/OF with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Bensalem, PA who attends Archbishop Wood HS. Thick and strong athletic build, pretty mature physically. Quality two-way prospect. Long extended arm action on the mound, drop and drive mechanics with some backside collapse, medium effort release. Fastball was up to 92 mph with good running and sinking life, ground ball pitcher. Soft slider has good tilt and depth at times, rare change up. Right handed hitter who shows big power and raw bat speed at the plate, looking to hit the ball hard and drive it and can, hits from a wide base and gets good leverage and separation in his swing. Good student, verbal commitment to North Carolina.
