Rigo Fernandez is a 2015 OF/LHP with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Beverly Hills, CA who attends Beverly Hills HS. Slender athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. 7.20 runner, smooth fast arm action in the outfield, accurate throws with good carry, projectable arm strength, can improve routes to the ball. Left handed hitter, clean tension free swing, low hand load, some uppercut and lift in his swing, will get long and pull head at times, flashes good bat speed, sees the ball well and has good timing. Didn't pitch but listed as secondary pitcher and would like to see on mound, too. Young projectable player who should keep improving. Good student.
