Jeremy Rodriguez is a 2016 RHP/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends Cypress Creek HS. Tall and slender young pitcher's build, long limbed with a high waist, projects well physically. Full clean arm circle, well paced side step delivery, bit cross body at landing and release. Upper 70's fastball, good cutting action on the glove side, gets very good cutting action at times, has sink and good downhill plane arm side. Curveball flashes some sharpness, used harder slider later with same solid ability to spin the ball and get bite, also showed a change up that has promise. Four live pitches and should continue to add velocity, interesting young pitcher. Right handed hitter, busy load from a spread stance, swings hard and has a long and loose swing. Showed his athleticism and arm strength in the outfield with sound fundamentals and accurate on line throws.
