Connor Stribbling is a 2018 OF/RHP with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Moore, SC who attends Spartanburg HS. Has a lean, athletic build, long arms and legs, plenty of room to fill out physically as he continues to put on additional muscle. Posted a 7.83 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, has a big rocker step and leg lift up to the belt, slight tilt back in balance point that generates angle and deception. Has a good rhythm and tempo in his delivery, creates good direction toward the plate while still allowing his lower half to clear. Throws from an extended low 3/4 arm slot with long arm action. Fastball showed good command. Curveball has 11/5 action with developing sharpness and depth, also has good command. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a slightly open stance and a deep hand set. Has an aggressive, middle of the field approach, repeats swing nicely. Ball comes well off his barrel. Excellent student.
