Dante DiSilvestro is a 2019 MIF/ with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Millstone Township, NJ who attends Acad Allied Health & Sci. Small build, room to fill throughout frame. Ran a 5.17 second 40 yard dash. Primary middle infielder, took reps in the infield fielding out in front moving well to the ball, fields with two hands and good balance, quick transfer from glove to hand, quick release as well especially to backhand, can throw from multiple arm slots, good body control on slow roller with good charge and release. Righthanded hitter, slightly open stance, leg lift trigger, stays pretty direct to the ball then uphill through contact, mostly middle to pull contact during round, pull side approach with some feel for the barrel. Good student.
