Brick Conway is a 2022 RHP/IF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Walton. Medium athletic build with some strength and room for more. Works from the stretch on the mound with a high hand set start, throws from both a tight 3/4's arm slot and a more extended sidearm slot, fastball is up to 80 from the higher slot and 77 mph with good running action from the lower slot, works low in the zone from both. Slider is a good second pitch that he throws from both slots as well, mixes up his slots and pitches effectively and throws lots of strikes. Polished pitcher with an idea how to get outs. Right handed hitter, hits from a bent knee stance with a simple load and swing approach, barrel was consistently in the zone on time and he showed the ability to square up pitches with good jump and some power to the gaps. 7.57 runner in the sixty, plays infield when not on the mound with clean fundamental actions and second base tools.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
