Noah Williamson is a 2018 OF/RHP, 1B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV who attends Palo Verde. Large frame with long limbs and a lean, athletic build. Frame projects for additional strength while maintaining athleticism. Ran a 6.62 sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder with smooth paced, clean footwork while closing to and working through the baseball. Clean glove actions while funneling with fluid exchanges. Released from a three-quarters slot producing accurate carry to the bag, topped at 82 miles per hour. Also worked out defensively from first base utilizing athletic actions while centering the baseball. Clean glove actions and worked through exchange well. Topped at 82 miles per hour across the infield. Upright, slightly open stance with a large leg lift trigger. Shifts into contact well with linear lower half actions. Swung with intent and generated good bat speed through the zone with strength at contact. Baseball jumped off the barrel well generating hard, rising line drives tot eh middle of the field. Also pitched utilizing a small rock step to leg lift delivery. Stays tall on back side at gather with slight coil over back let. Loose arm circle at separation and released from a high three-quarters arm slot. Fastball jumped out of hand well producing some sink with run to arm side, topped at 79 miles per hour. Curveball had 12/6 shape with tight spin and late depth. Consistently filled the strike zone and challenged hitter in each inning of work. Excellent student. Named to the 2017 West Academic Showcase Top Prospect List.
