Brendan Hall is a 2018 OF/3B with a 6-3 215 lb. frame from Ashburn, VA who attends Stone Bridge. Large, well-proportioned frame with quality overall physicality; projects some as well. Ran 40 yard dash in 4.90 seconds. Sets up to hit from slightly crouched stance with lower hand set, smaller stride and load, gets on compact hand path with good quickness, keeps hands close to body and whips barrel through the zone. Has serious strength in swing, drove the ball consistently on a line to all fields. Worked out in the outfield, fields out front and works through the ball relatively well, can end up collapsed onto front side at release, showed solid arm strength from long and loose arm, clocked up to 81 MPH. Outstanding student.
