Dawson Conder is a 2020 1B/RHP, UT with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Nolensville, TN who attends Nolensville. Showcased an extra large frame with a strong, physical build. Very projectable build with broad shoulders and definition throughout. Ran a 6.93 second sixty yard dash. Primary Firstbaseman fielding the baseball out front showing good footwork to the baseball. Quick exchanges with a clean gather before working into accurate throws. Arm strength showing with carry to throws. Secondary Righthanded pitcher showing a smooth delivery proving to be repeatable. High leg lift with balanced weight at top of motion. Utilizing size well as he worked downhill. Whippy arm action delivering from a high three-quarter arm slot. Fastball showed late life with some arm side run topping out at 85 MPH. Good curveball and changeup mix as well. Changeup showing to be his go to off-speed pitch showing late fade not afraid to double it up. Great pitch-ability. Righthanded hitter starting from a narrow stance with an open front side. Bat wrap over the helmet with deep hands before showing a longer swing. Throws weight well into swing. Gap to gap approach with very loud wood throughout the weekend. Power showing to pull side when he gets extended. Outstanding Student. Named to Fall Academic Showcase Top Prospect List.
