Logan Lockhart is a 2022 OF/C/MIF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Valparaiso, IN who attends Valparaiso. Strong athletic build. 7.09 runner in the sixty. Showed solid footwork in the outfield coming through the ball, gets on top of his throws very well with present arm strength and plenty of on line carry, arm stroke is clean and projectable. Also worked out in the infield and showed good athleticism and arm strength there as well, potential as a third baseman. Has experience as a catcher as well. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a high back elbow load that can tie his swing up, long stride into contact, has strength in his swing but will need to make adjustments for more consistent contact. Good overall athlete with strength whose ceiling will be determined by how much he can improve offensively. Very good student. Named to the Great Lakes Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
