Zach Miesch is a 2020 OF/LHP with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Mason, OH who attends Archbishop Moeller HS. Medium frame with slender, young build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.25 seconds. Hits from wide-based stance with high hand set, drifts onto front side a bit, inside hand path on line drive plane, showed ability to work to all fields. Worked out in the outfield, lines up the ball and moves in, solid footwork overall, fields cleanly and gets off quick release up to 77 mph. Also pitched, stands tall on backside, high three quarters slot with compact arm stroke, fastball worked 73-74 mph and stayed around zone with it. Worked in 12/6 curveball with gradual break and depth. Very good student.
