Justin Dietiker is a 2019 OF/MIF with a 5-8 137 lb. frame from Wentzville, MO who attends Timberland HS. Shorter slender build, has some wiry strength with plenty of room for more. 7.00 runner, played both infield and outfield and showed good quickness and athletic actions at both positions, aggressive to the ball with sound footwork. Graded out slightly better in the infield but will have no problem being a solid player at most positions on the field with his athleticism, throws well and makes accurate throws as well. Right handed hitter, upright slightly open stance with a big leg lift trigger and some shift into contact, gets coiled and takes and aggressive swing with the intent to elevate, works gap to gap, like the aggressiveness with the bat but may benefit from more of a line drive approach with a simpler load. Good student.
