Jacob Krueger is a 2018 RHP/1B with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Cambridge Christian HS. Extra-large, athletic frame with a long and lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.54 60-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, begins with a side step into delivery and a leg raise up to the belt, spine tilt at top of delivery, sound glove side mechanics, lands on line with lower half during drive towards the plate. Full arm action through the backside and works to an over-the-top arm slot, front side goes early at times and loses release point. Fastball topped out at 80 mph and maintained velocity well, mostly true in life, most effective when down in the zone. Pitches to contact and induces weak ground ball contact, maintains slot well on curveball, shows 12-6 shape at 68 mph with depth and feel.
