Logan Margroum is a 2020 C/1B, 3B, OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Duncansville, PA who attends Hollidaysburg Area High School. Large, athletic frame with nice present strength proportioned throughout, room to grow stronger still. Ran a 7.79 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, higher stance behind plate during drill, comes out of crouch well and gains ground, shows a compact three-quarters release point on throws with looseness through back, comes out well with carry to second base. Righthanded hitter, begins with an upright and narrow base, high hand set and low back elbow at the plate. Generates nice bat speed through the zone with a short swing path, looks to power the ball and create contact to pull side. Shifts weight through lower half well and shows a feel for the barrel, solid contact when squared up. Projectable tools on both sides. Very good student.
