Jacob Kush is a 2018 RHP/ with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Guelph, ON who attends Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute. Smaller frame with room to fill out. Primary righthanded pitcher. Simple side step delivery into a smooth delivery. Good balance at gather. Long arm circle while releasing from an extended high three-quarters arm slot. Showed good arm speed especially for size. Drop and drive lower half actions to the plate. Gets downhill plane on a heavier fastball that sat in the upper 80's to low 90's and topped out at 91 miles per hour. Showed an 11-to-5 curveball that maintained arm speed and matched slots making it a deceptive pitch. Good feel for the curveball. Also threw a straight changeup in the low 80's. Maintained velocity throughout outing. Good student. Northwest Florida State College Commit.
