Aaron Roberts is a 2019 RHP/1B with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV who attends Desert Oasis HS. Big and strong athletic build. Multi-part delivery with lots of energy throughout, unusual hunched over start, high 3/4's arm slot, delivery pace leaves his arm late coming through. Has very good raw arm strength, fastball topped at 92 mph. Gets good depth to his curveball when on time. Will improve as he learns to repeat and calm down his delivery. Right handed hitter, big leg lift trigger with a big hand hitch load, very timing heavy swing, swings hard and has bat speed and extension, looking to lift and pull the ball, can give the ball a ride when everything comes together. Very good student, verbal commitment to California.
