Nick Dunn is a 2022 OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Overland Park, KS who attends Rockhurst. Strong build with present strength and athleticism. Ran a 7.22 second sixty-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary outfielder. Displayed athletic actions working to and through the baseball. Flashed confident glove actions while fielding off the front foot. Displayed the ability to create good momentum into throws with clean transfers and good arm strength and accurate carry to the bases topping out at 82 mph from the outfield. Right handed hitter. Employs an even stance with a toe tap trigger with a slight rock into load. Uses a line drive plane through the zone looking to work the middle of the field. Showed the ability to create gap to gap jump off the barrel when on time and squared. Showed good barrel control creating consistently driven line drive and fly ball contact throughout batting practice.
