2021 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 14)
Cade Ladehoff is a 2023 C/MIF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Bradenton, FL who attends IMG Academy. Medium frame with a filled out build showing strength throughout. Ran a 7.22 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, sitting down in his stance with flexibility in the lower half. Received the baseball well as he worked into a quick catch and release. Gains ground and was accurate to the bag with throws. Recorded a pop time of 1.89 seconds. Feel for the position showing and projects behind the dish going forward. Right-Handed Hitter, starting spread out with high hands behind the ear. Strides out and works into a linear swing path as he proved to have bat speed. Looks to get extended and drive it deep to the pull-side. Power present when he timed the baseball up properly. Outstanding Student.
