Luke Flores-King is a 2025 C/2B/3B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Cornerstone Christian. Primary catcher with a big physical build. Physical behind the dish with a strong arm to second. Pops up pretty quick out of the crouch. Has a quick arm with shorter actions and ball comes out quick. Gains easy ground through the plate and made throws to second with great accuracy. Had a 1.96 pop time. Also played infield and profiles better at third on the corner. Strong thrower and can get to the ball nicely. Has quick feet for his size. Fields it cleanly out in front with a smooth funnel and transfer. Also ran a 7.78 sixty. Right-handed hitter with a high handset starting open. Uses a small toe lift and stride for timing and weight transfer. Loads into his backside well. Has a short swing with some thump at times. Showed good strength in the hands and feel for the barrel. Good student.
