Kevin Mial is a 2018 OF/UT with a 5-10 157 lb. frame from Killeen, TX who attends Shoemaker HS. Recorded a 6.66 60-yard dash. Excellent twitch athleticism with good speed and room to fill out. Primary outfielder who moves very well to the ball with loose and fluid actions. Very quick transfers and releases with good glove skills. Throws were online and accurate and throws had good carry. High level athletic fielder with good footwork as well. Showed bat speed and solid barrel control at the plate. Lower hand set and the ball jumps well off the bat. Consistent hard contact and will only get better. Named to the 2017 Sunshine South Showcase Top Prospect List.
