Andrew McKenna is a 2019 C with a 5-10 190 lb. frame from Burr Ridge, IL who attends Nazareth Academy. Medium frame with physical build. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.37 seconds. Hits from upright stance with high hand set and open front foot, shows solid bat speed with fluidity and lift to stroke, barrel to ball skills are solid overall, compact hand path, barreled the ball to all fields with a high-contact approach, comfortable working the opposite way. Worked out behind the plate, receives well, stands straight up out of crouch and gains limited ground, smooth arm stroke with solid arm strength, throws downhill to bag, clocked up to 74 mph on throws. Very good student.
