Jaiden Lopez is a 2028 C/3B with a 5-8 185 lb. frame from Ozone Park, NY who attends Suffield Academy. Compact build with good present strength. 5.43 runner in the forty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up comfortably behind the plane and comes out of his crouch well, has nice lateral actions and quickness blocking the ball, has a quick and compact arm action with some young carry to his throws. Also worked out as a third baseman and showed nice actions there, plays low to the ball and has some flair to his glove work, strong arm with good carry. Left handed hitter, sets up in an open stance, has some bat speed and ability impact the ball, pull side to mid field contact, has a history of performing offensively at PG events. Played with energy and showed ball player actions. Good student. Named to the PG New England Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
