2019 Pitcher/Catcher Showcase
Daniel Satterlee is a 2022 C/OF with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Oklahoma City, OK who attends Southmoore HS. Lean athletic build. Primary catcher. Utilizes a narrow base with upright actions gaining ground from behind the plate well. Showed good hands with a quick transfer and developing arm strength posting a 2.12 pop time and topping out at 73 miles per hour to second base. Right handed hitter. Utilizes a slightly open upright stance with a toe tap trigger. Employs a rotational pull side power approach. Showed the ability to create good bat speed with good jump off the bat. Flashed developing barrel control with some inconsistent solid contact. Displayed the ability to drive the ball as well. Excellent Student.
