Owen Marsh is a 2022 1B/RHP, 3B, OF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Lakewood, CO who attends J. K. Mullen. Large frame with square shoulders and some strength in build. Worked out defensively as a primary first baseman. Stays low through the ball while fielding out front. Deliberate footwork throughout transfer. Moves well around the bag with developing arm strength across the diamond. Also worked out in the outfield. Fields a bit deep at feet. Lengthy arm action getting some body into throws. Stays in line throwing to the bags. Lefthanded hitter with a slightly open and narrow base to start. Utilizes a toe tap trigger for timing. Drifts into contact with an uphill swing path looking to get under the ball. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a long side step into medium leg lift to the belt and a big lower half coil and lean back at gather. Full arm action in back with some looseness into a lower three-quarters arm slot. Has command of all pitches. Straight fastball that topped out at 74 miles per hour. Mixed in a looser spinning curveball and a changeup with sink and flashed a knuckleball.
