Cody Batsides is a 2020 3B/SS with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Long Valley, NJ who attends West Morris Central HS. Recorded a 7.40 second 60-yard dash time. Strong build with a medium frame and some room for additional physicality. Primary third baseman who moves well to either side. Arm strength recorded up to 72 mph across the diamond. Bends at the waist with an elongated release. Lefthanded hitter with an open stance and swings the barrel hard. Lift in the swing with some barrel lag present. Good shift into contact with present bat speed. Has some intriguing power to the pull side with projection with the raw tools. Good student.
